Hello, darling Followers!

Thank you for the flood of recent messages. We are glad to see that so many people also know that Anastasia is not a Disney princess and realize that you can click on the tag to see that it does not, in fact, contain pictures of Anastasia from the 1997 film, Anastasia. Instead, the Anastasia tag is home to images of Anastasia from the 1950 film, Cinderella. She is the step-sister in pink. For those of you who are curious, the step-sister in green is named Drizella (she has a tag, too!).

Now is as good a time as any to address the question of what we qualify as a “Disney lady.” We only use animated ladies who appear in Disney movies. This includes female animals, as well (e.g. Nala and Kala). We do occasionally feature ladies from sequels, although they are often less well known, so we are not as inclined to use them. We always check that the movie we are thinking of using is in fact a Disney production before we post. There have been many times when we have wanted to use Anastasia or The Road to El Dorado but have refrained because they are not Disney movies.

On a slightly different note, we are sorry that there has been a recent slow in text production. Finals were/are a bit overwhelming, and the site we use for screencaps is down. However, we do have many more planned! So never fear.

If you have a recommendation for where we can get some decent quality screencaps, please send us a message.
